This is a drawstring purse, call kinchaku in Japanese, which is made with Japanese cotton fabric. It is a beautiful Japanese Mizu-Fūsen (Water Balloon) design, it has a realistic look of wet water balloon texture. Some might look like spots, but it is part of designs (please look at close-up photos).

The cord is Edo uchihimo, and I added wood beads for the accent. Inside is lined with a black solid cotton fabric. It is great for carrying your coin purses, keys, lip sticks, sanitary/toiletry items.. whatever you can think of! It is also great for carrying your earphones and cords for your phones/tablets/PCs.
