Shackleton Single Malt Scotch is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Shackleton Whisky Company. It is made from malted barley and aged in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years. The whisky is named after the famous explorer Ernest Shackleton, who famously led an expedition to Antarctica in 1914. The whisky is described as having a smooth, sweet taste with notes of honey, vanilla, and toffee. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
